Key Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and responsive information and service to policyholders and agents. You will independently solve problems, analyze customer needs, and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. With a strong focus on customer-centricity, you will build rapport with customers, listen to their requests, and provide expert knowledge of personal lines auto products. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to all inbound customer calls regarding personal lines policies
  • Building rapport with customers and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Interpreting policy contracts and providing expert knowledge of personal lines auto products
  • Processing policyholder transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Utilizing technical systems, including desktop and call center specific phone systems, to provide confident and accurate service

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Active P&C Producers insurance license required, with at least 2 years of active use
  • Associates degree and 1+ year of insurance experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of related customer service experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to review, record, and organize written data from various sources
