What you'll be doing

As a Customer Solutions Design Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to technical discussions within the team, leading others towards a better understanding and encouraging a dialogue to improve design principles
  • Promoting arenaflex solutions and understanding customers' needs to relevant solutions
  • Continually challenging yourself, questioning current processes, and managing changes to work efficiently
  • Providing a deep technical knowledge in a simple manner to our customers
  • Managing risks associated with designs and driving technology direction

Skills You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • In-depth experience with Cisco ACI
  • In-depth experience with Cisco SD-WAN
  • Routing & Switching expertise
  • Cisco LAN/WAN knowledge
  • CCNA/CCNP qualification
