Schedule: Monday - Friday standard business hours (whichever time zone candidate resides in). Primary Responsibilities: This role is part of a strategic market team that supports complex employer groups within Local Markets Analysts will facilitate the compelling, client-specific insights and content for a variety of client engagements Analyst will focus on automation and distillation of compelling, actionable, value-based insights from data and reporting Navigation of data, tools, and related resources will be necessary for success in creating a story with actionable, value-based insights Communicates information openly and in an articulate and professional manner as a subject matter expert in support of their market strategic team You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.m. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience 2+ years' experience in an analytic role (recent college graduates considered) Intermediate level of proficiency or higher with Office 365 skills Knowledge of healthcare cost and quality topics Preferred Qualifications: Background in Analytic Platforms such as PowerBI, or Programming Languages such as Python or R Experience in data analytics, data science or statistics All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
