The program is delivered via telehealth and live group Zoom sessions, led by registered dietitians, and offers a comprehensive, interactive approach to chronic disease prevention. How the Diabetes Prevention Program Works

About the Role
Fruit Street Health is seeking experienced leaders to serve on its Board of Directors. Board members will provide governance oversight, strategic guidance, and support the company's mission of expanding access to diabetes prevention nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight and governance
- Support fundraising and investor introductions
- Advise on growth strategy and partnerships
- Represent the company at industry events
Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in healthcare, technology, or public health
- Interest in digital health innovation and preventative care
- Experience serving on boards or advising startups preferred
