Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist with a strong background in data processing tools, including MS Excel. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for collecting, entering, and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks will be essential in ensuring the success of this role.
Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Exporting data into company databases with precision and accuracy
- Conducting data searches and filing digital documents in a timely and organized manner
- Maintaining the company database by entering new and updated information, ensuring data consistency and integrity
- Reviewing data for discrepancies and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborating with the data team and Data Manager to ensure seamless data management processes
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Prior data entry experience, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Excellent knowledge of data processing tools, including MS Office and MS Excel (Formulas)
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
- High computer knowledge and competency, with the ability to navigate complex systems and software
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent typing speed of over 50 WPM
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data
- High school diploma or equivalent
