Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, while also contributing to the growth and success of our team. You'll communicate with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver great service, source content ideas for our Content Team, and complete end-to-end member requests. Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver great service across dining, experiences, travel, and luxury goods

  • Source content ideas to submit to our Content Team on a weekly basis
  • Complete end-to-end member requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software a plus
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
