Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing commercial and technical relationships with customers to ensure complete satisfaction throughout their journey with arenaflex
  • Developing and executing customized customer success plans to drive customer retention and expansion
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Providing technical expertise and support to customers, including training and enablement on arenaflex solutions
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex solutions to customers
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customer executives and technical decision-makers
  • Analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to drive customer success and efficiency

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • 10+ years of prior work experience in similar positions, such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, or Sales Engineer
  • In-depth knowledge of network security and expertise in the technical elements of the solution
  • Understanding of key concepts, including:

+ Mobile Device Management (MDM) + Cloud APIs + Strong Networking concepts + Network Architecture + Load Balancing Technologies + Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)

  • Excellent knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies, including:

+ Proxies + Next-Generation Firewalls (NG Firewalls) + SSL/IPSec + Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies, including SAML, OAuth, and LDAP + Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) gateways

  • Prior experience in early-stage startups and self-motivation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate and run sessions to come up with new, innovative ideas
