Your Role in Our Journey

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Support team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our clinics, helping them get the most out of Jane, and solving real problems that impact their daily operations. About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading demos, onboarding calls, and real-time support and troubleshooting across phone, chat, and video. You'll work closely with clinics to understand their unique needs, provide tailored solutions, and help them overcome complex challenges. Your role will require you to be adaptable, flexible, and able to navigate multiple complex tools simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead demos, onboarding calls, and real-time support and troubleshooting across phone, chat, and video * Provide exceptional support to clinics, helping them get the most out of Jane and solving real problems that impact their daily operations * Work closely with clinics to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions * Troubleshoot complex issues, often involving multiple systems and tools * Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Onboarding, and Product Development, to ensure seamless support experiences * Continuously learn and improve your knowledge of Jane and its features to provide expert-level support

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or a related field * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clinics and internal teams * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong technical skills, with experience working with multiple systems and tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the healthcare or wellness industry * Familiarity with practice management software and its features * Experience with sales or onboarding processes * Strong knowledge of customer support principles and best practices * Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Support Professional)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We're committed to paying our team members fairly, clearly, and above all, paying for growth. Our starting annual salary for Customer Support Representatives is $65,000 CAD, with opportunities for salary increases based on performance and growth.
