About the Role

As a Customer Experience Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the CX team in Japan, working closely with our global colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be the driving force behind our customer-facing operations, ensuring that our users have a positive and engaging experience with CLO. Your expertise will help us identify areas for improvement, develop strategies to enhance our services, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the operation of CLO's personal/student user community, including handling inquiries, providing technical support, and maintaining our website and social media channels

  • Analyze customer interactions, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance our services
  • Collaborate with our development team to improve the overall user experience, including workflow, content, and website operations
  • Conduct research to expand our user base in India and the Middle East
  • Work closely with our marketing team to plan and execute online and offline events targeting existing and potential users
  • Communicate effectively with our global CX team to share goals and strategies
  • Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

* At least 2 years of experience in business development, operations, marketing, or user research in the IT industry

  • Ability to adapt to agile work environments and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including those from different regions, time zones, backgrounds, and cultures
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Business-level English language proficiency

Plus if you have...

* Knowledge or experience with 2D/3D CAD software or B2C SaaS businesses

  • A degree in statistics, business administration, or information technology
