What You'll Do

As an Experienced Scaled Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing and triaging a book of business, focusing on our SMB customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers are successfully adopting our product and experiencing a substantial return on investment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and tracking customer product adoption to identify customers that require additional collaboration
  • Engaging 1:1 with customers at critical points in the customer journey to ensure adoption
  • Hosting and facilitating 1:many training sessions and workshops to ensure customers have a comprehensive awareness of our product
  • Communicating the value delivered by our product, showcasing measurable benefits and return on investment
  • Sharing industry best practices and success tips with customers to optimize their experience and outcomes
  • Acting as a trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on leveraging our product for maximum impact
  • Identifying trends for common customer challenges and actively suggesting ways to address them
  • Navigating through ambiguity as we continue to build and refine the scaled customer success segment
  • Partnering cross-functionally to turn customer successes into measurable retention improvement

Who You Are

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in customer success or account management, particularly with SMB customers. If you have:

  • Proficient communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
  • The ability to confidently engage with customers and guide conversations on how to enhance the product
  • Experience operating in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
