Responsibilities As a Customer Care Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our workers, providing exceptional service through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to payroll, contracts, sick leave, advances, and other aspects of the worker experience * Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely, clear, and effective resolution of each case * Prioritizing cases based on urgency and impact, maintaining a customer-centric approach at all times * Applying company protocols and policies consistently in every interaction with workers * Identifying recurring patterns or issues and reporting them to the relevant authorities to prevent future blockages * Continuously learning about our operational processes and becoming a key contributor to improving the worker experience on a daily basis Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A vocational training (FP) qualification * Previous experience in customer service is a plus * Excellent communication and active listening skills * High organizational and problem-solving abilities * Empathy and proactivity * A customer-centric and worker-oriented approach Additional Information At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment where every voice matters.
