Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Coordinator, Customer Relations, you'll be responsible for providing support to customers and field partners for all arenaflex brand stores in North America through multiple interactive channels of communication. This will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, chat, and other digital channels
  • Managing unique, complex, or escalated customer issues, using multiple sources of information to resolve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Determining solutions independently, thinking creatively, and implementing rapid solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer calls related to Risk Management or Social Responsibility
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for process improvements
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented individual with excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex issues and de-escalate situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to de-escalate situations with poise and composure
  • Ability to create innovative solutions that enhance the overall customer experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and experience would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience with social media and online customer service platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
