Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack customer support representative to join our remote team. As a customer support expert, you'll be responsible for providing timely, professional, and empathetic support to our customers via email, chat, and phone. You'll troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, document interactions, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed
  • Assist customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and account management

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, help desk, or a related field

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Preferred Skills

* Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or tech support

  • Multilingual abilities (a plus)
