Job Description

As a Live Chat Remote Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to log in to our live chat portal on our website each morning and promptly address customer inquiries as they arise. Our live chat software features tools to assist you in responding to frequently asked questions, and you will have access to a chat supervisor for guidance on more complex inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Log in to our live chat portal on our website each morning and promptly address customer inquiries as they arise

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, using our live chat software and tools
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow provided guidelines and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Collaborate with chat supervisors to resolve complex customer inquiries and provide additional support as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in customer service and live chat support

Position Details:

* Rate: $35 per hour

  • Requirements:

+ Access to a device capable of utilizing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively + Proficiency in following provided guidelines and instructions + Availability for 5-40 hours per week + Reliable internet connection

  • Location: This is a remote position, allowing you to work online from anywhere in the world
