Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving issues, and building strong relationships. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product offerings, and company policies to provide informed and accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • A Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and a Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
  • Experience in the insurance industry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Proven sales or upselling experience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
