Position Responsibilities

As a Customer Growth Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Selling and executing promotions to drive sales growth and increase market share
  • Securing placement of equipment and using point-of-sale (POS) materials to maximize sales opportunities
  • Transporting and replacing POS advertising and inventory levels to ensure optimal display and visibility
  • Restocking and building displays, sections, and racks to maintain a visually appealing and organized retail environment
  • Maintaining backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day to ensure efficient inventory management
  • Supporting the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned to support the growth and success of our business

Required Education and Experience

* High school diploma or General Education Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of general experience

  • Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law

Preferred Education and Experience

* Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales
