Role Overview

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring positive interactions across various channels. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the customer experience, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities

* Deliver top-tier support via voice (phone) and non-voice (email, chat) channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide personalized assistance, actively listening to their needs and preferences
  • Gather feedback to improve our services and contribute to team strategies, driving continuous improvement and innovation
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

What We're Looking For

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first attitude and a passion for building strong relationships
  • Experience using support software like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms (a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or CRM systems (preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting

Technical Requirements

* Personal computer or laptop with at least 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds

  • Backup internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) will be required upon employment
