Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations
  • Handling a high volume of customer inquiries, including returns, exchanges, refunds, and other post-order issues
  • Utilizing critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems or similar
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and English fluently
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal downtime
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping experiences
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
