The Role

As a Live Chat / Tele Chat Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with prompt and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. You'll be responsible for handling incoming live chat and phone inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries and concerns, and assisting customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products or services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming live chat and phone inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner. - Provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries and concerns. - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products or services. - Process orders and payments over the phone. - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. - Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends and evenings.

Essential Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment. - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing. - Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. - Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
