Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent/Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software
