Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Technical Support - Customer Service Representative to join our remote team on a night shift schedule. As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll provide exceptional support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service support via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet

  • Resolve routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and timely support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a technical support environment

  • Strong focus on building customer relationships and driving loyalty
  • Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule (night shift)
  • Technical support experience preferred, but not required
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; work computer may be provided depending on the position offered
  • High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
