About the Role

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering value to our clients and ensuring an exceptional client experience. We're looking for a dedicated and passionate individual who is committed to providing world-class customer service in an incoming call center environment. Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients and drivers via phone, email, or chat, addressing first-level Web Support, Fuel Card, Vehicle Ordering, Title & Registration/Licensing, Toll Management, Insurance Cards, and Remarketing inquiries.
  • Handle calls in an efficient manner, minimizing driver/client time to resolve issues and striving for first call resolution.
  • Exhibit empathy during interactions to ensure a superior customer experience and assess customer needs, clarify information, research any issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets and work effectively in a team environment, providing back-up support for administrative tasks when needed.
  • Regularly attend work during scheduled shifts and maintain a quiet dedicated work area, ensuring all company-sensitive documents are secure.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year(s) customer service work experience required, contact center experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to consider and incorporate perspectives from others and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Telecommuting Requirements:

  • Quiet dedicated work area.
  • Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable).
  • Access to a high-speed internet connection.
  • Ability to attend in-office training, meetings, and events.
