About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Full Stack Data Entry Specialist who's passionate about empowering others to do their best work. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and challenges in our development process. You'll work closely with the crew to generate candidate solutions, weigh tradeoffs given the hassle context and development timeline, implement the selected answer, and help the adoption of the solution by the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas for improvement in our development process across various disciplines.
• Preserve, extend, and aid existing development gear.
• Build and guide custom asset pipelines.
• Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A strong passion for empowering others to do their best work.
• Experience with the overall device lifecycle: identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Proficiency in operating with custom standalone gear.
• Enjoyment in growing gear that can be utilized by multiple game development disciplines.
• Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and Net Tech.
• Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience with custom game engines, such as Unreal or Unity.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Net Tech.
• Knowledge of required utility materials.
