Role Overview

As a part-time remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses. You'll work closely with our clients' customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Your primary goal will be to deliver a positive and memorable experience that builds trust and loyalty.

Schedule and Flexibility

We understand that flexibility is key to a healthy work-life balance. As a remote customer service representative, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you. Our majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but we're open to accommodating your needs. Whether you're a morning person or a night owl, we'll work with you to find a schedule that suits your lifestyle.

Earnings and Revenue

As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on the client you're working with and the performance metrics you achieve. Our rates range from $14 to $20 per hour, and you'll have the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on your performance. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, so your hard work and dedication will directly impact your earnings.

  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software

Technology and Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:

  • Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app

Work Environment Requirements

To provide the best possible experience for our clients' customers, you'll need to maintain a quiet, uninterrupted space and an organized desk area. Please note that we do not approve home office locations in the following states: Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Denver, Colorado, Flagstaff, Arizona, Hawaii, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minneapolis, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, St. Paul, Minnesota, Vermont, Washington, and Washington DC.

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor, you'll remain in a contractual relationship with arenaflex for the duration of your program assignment. You'll be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings, and you'll not be eligible for benefits such as vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, or unemployment insurance benefits.
