Job Description

As an Inbound Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing direct support to GE Appliances owners, focusing on sales and service, and resolving issues related to product information, registration, service inquiries, and troubleshooting. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, promote brand loyalty, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners via phone, email, or chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
  • Register new customers, update customer records, and maintain accurate data
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GE Appliances products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and features
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* One year of relevant working experience in a customer service or sales environment

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
  • Familiarity with web-based systems and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
