Job Description

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support on a RETAINER BASIS. You'll handle inquiries as they arise, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while reflecting our values of care and commitment. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email and live chat on an as-needed basis, providing clear, accurate, and complete information using the appropriate tools and methods.
  • Proactively resolve customer complaints by offering timely solutions and following up until resolved.
  • Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, ensuring all issues are tracked and logged.
  • Uphold communication guidelines, policies, and quality standards.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal customer base.

### Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support, achieving a customer satisfaction score (CSAT) of 4.5+ in previous roles.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in handling inquiries via live chat and email.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently manage time, and prioritize tasks.
  • Availability to work flexibly when called upon.
