Job Description

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry and Claims Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver exceptional results in data entry and claims management. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Data Entry:

Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines.

Claims Management:

Review and process claims, determining eligibility and confirming effective dates for benefit elections based on contractual guidelines.

Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving:

Leverage your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create and modify member level records across multiple products, applications, and platforms.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service, considering the customer's experience in all actions and demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with our team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education:

High School or GED (Minimum Required)

Experience:

No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Skills and Abilities:
