Role Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist in our Back Office Email & Chat Process team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance via email and chat channels. You'll collaborate closely with other team members to uphold our high standards of customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our company. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through email and chat channels promptly and professionally
  • Providing accurate information about our products/services and addressing customer questions effectively
  • Assisting customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues they may encounter
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to enhancing the customer support experience
  • Upholding arenaflex's values and representing the company in a positive and professional manner

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through email and chat channels promptly and professionally

  • Provide accurate information about our products/services and address customer questions effectively
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues they may encounter
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Required Skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in an email and chat process environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced work environment
  • Familiarity with relevant software or tools used in customer support
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
  • Adaptability to evolving processes and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
