Job Summary

We're excited to announce an opening for a Part-Time Remote Workforce Management Specialist – Amazon Customer Service at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Workforce Management Specialist – Amazon Customer Service, you'll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and analyzing service levels, forecasting call volume, and managing workforce scheduling to meet the demands of our customer base
  • Collecting and analyzing data related to call volumes and service levels to create accurate forecasts and schedules that align with business needs
  • Identifying trends in customer inquiries and providing recommendations to improve service delivery
  • Collaborating with team leaders and customer service representatives to optimize staffing and provide exceptional service to our customers
  • Training new employees on workforce management processes and tools
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in data analysis, scheduling, and customer service
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with workforce management software and tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Knowledge of Amazon's customer service operations and policies
  • Certification in workforce management or a related field
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
