Job Summary:
As a Virtual Assistant Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and chat requests in a timely and professional manner - Schedule meetings and appointments with customers and internal stakeholders - Manage customer contact lists and update records as necessary - Address various customer needs and concerns, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate solutions - Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Comfortable using Google apps, such as Gmail, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities - A minimum of 1-year experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual or remote setting - English proficiency at the C1 level (advanced) - Must have your own device and headset - High-speed internet connection of at least 100 MB
