Job Summary

As a Student Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and well-being of our patrons, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for all. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll be responsible for resolving issues, answering questions, and providing solutions to our patrons. You'll also be responsible for performing basic cleaning responsibilities, special event set-up and operations, and enforcing facility policies.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons, ensuring their safety and well-being

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions
  • Perform basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash, equipment, and laundry
  • Assist with special event set-up and operations
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patrons
  • Enforce facility policies and procedures
  • Greet patrons and guests, ensuring a positive and approachable demeanor
  • Serve as a first responder to accidents within the building
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service

Essential Qualifications

* Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications

  • BBP Certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience

  • Experience working in a facility or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of facility operations and policies
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in a variety of environments, including indoor and outdoor settings
