Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business through data analysis, investigation, and interpretation. You'll work closely with our teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights in structured and unstructured data, and develop recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to our business and decision-making processes.
- Answer business questions and provide expert knowledge on various product streams on D+ and Hulu to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions.
- Advance our scientific capabilities, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products.
- Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data.
- Apply statistical techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization.
What You'll Bring:
* Unbridled curiosity, high intellectual and analytical strength, and an enthusiastic pursuit of data-driven insights and business results.
- A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in an information and analytics space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale.
- Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements, to a compelling story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a clear business outcome.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Ability to present to senior leadership.
Nice to Haves:
* Master's degree in a scientific field.
- Demonstrated data analysis skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
- Experience with marketing landing pages, sign-up channels, and business spaces.
- Ability to identify and properly escalate issues to management.
- Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience.
- Strong motivation and ability to work independently.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
