Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Designing and developing data visualizations using Tableau or other visualization tools
- Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs
- Providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions
- Developing and maintaining data models, dashboards, and reports
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Advanced-level experience in analytical, data technology, or data-centric environments
- Proven expertise in data analysis, data modeling, and data architecture
- Experience with data evaluation and visualization tools, such as Advanced Excel, Quickbase, SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of data mining, data modeling, or cost or benefit evaluation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize work with minimal guidance and meet customer timelines while delivering high-quality work
