Your Role as a Live Chat Support Specialist

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch customer support to our valued customers on our website. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Logging into our live chat portal each morning and promptly addressing customer inquiries
  • Responding to common questions using our live chat software, which is designed to simplify responses
  • Collaborating with a chat supervisor to resolve more complex queries
  • Participating in a short, 1-2 hour training program to ensure you're well-prepared for your role
