We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant Remote office. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, sales growth, and operational excellence. If you're passionate about online sales and marketing, customer experience design, and analytics, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless online chat operations and customer service delivery

  • Develop, refine, and execute online chat and customer engagement recommendations to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze monthly online chat transcripts and metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize chat program performance
  • Define and build an online chat service program that aligns with arenaflex's customer-centric vision
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to socialize chat program insights and results, and drive business outcomes
  • Maintain chat script compliance and ensure regulatory requirements are met

Your Compensation Package:

* Competitive base salary: $85,000 - $120,000

  • Bonus: $5,000 - $10,000
  • Relocation assistance to support your move to our Remote office

Essential Qualifications:

* 5-7 years of in-depth experience in online sales and marketing tactics, online chats, customer engagement, and online customer service

  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, build cross-functional relationships, and mitigate risk
  • Strong understanding of customer experience design, web analytics, and A/B split testing
  • Bachelor's degree in eCommerce, Web Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a financial services or banking environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
