Job Summary
As a Customer Advisor at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about gathering insights and feedback from customers to inform product development and improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn additional income from the comfort of your own home, while contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex.
Responsibilities
* Participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews to provide valuable insights and feedback on arenaflex products and services
- Show up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
- Complete written and oral instructions to provide accurate and detailed feedback
- Complete written surveys provided for each panel to ensure comprehensive insights
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
- Participate in online or in-person discussions, depending on the study requirements
- Review and use new products or services before they are launched to the public
- Enjoy free samples from our sponsors and partners in exchange for your honest feedback of their products
Qualifications
* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No experience required, but must be able to work independently
