Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Web & Cloud Application Development at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in shaping our data-driven culture by designing and implementing data pipelines, creating business intelligence reports, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with data experts and business partners to decipher business goals and product requirements into actionable data resources
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to support business intelligence and data science initiatives
- Create and scale business intelligence reports to address partner use cases and business needs
- Develop and maintain data documentation to ensure data quality and consistency
- Work with data governance to implement normalization and consistency of core business metrics and dimensions
- Help define and democratize our internal guidelines for code best practices, including style, readability, and effectiveness
- Create compelling self-service dashboards and analyses that drive substantial business results
Essential Capabilities
* 3+ years of significant experience in software engineering, data analysis, or data science
- Demonstrated proficiency in using workflow management and data listing/documentation tools
- Master-level SQL/Python/R/AWS skills that enable you to seamlessly and freely extract and combine data from diverse sources
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
Preferred Capabilities
* Academic interest in what drives the business
- Experience creating data frameworks for growing sovereignty models, promoting membership organizations, and data-driven pricing approaches
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and Microstrategy
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment
- Strong presentation skills, including storytelling with data
