Responsibilities

* Greet customers with a smile and provide a warm welcome to arenaflex

Key Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or customer service

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using software applications and systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
