Key Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Sales Representative – Life Insurance Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound leads and providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and video conferencing
- Managing a remote and flexible schedule to meet the needs of our clients
- Participating in weekly training calls to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
- Receiving comprehensive training on our life insurance products and sales strategies
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of arenaflex
- Building strong relationships with clients and providing personalized support to meet their needs
Requirements for Position
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A reliable cell phone and online connection
- The ability to help clients with Q&A sessions on our life insurance products via video conferencing
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
Essential Qualifications
