About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content Group. As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business success by applying advanced data analysis techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets. Your expertise will help us identify new business opportunities, optimize our content portfolio, and improve our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced data analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to drive business decisions.
• Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
• Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions.
• Streamline our content launch and episode release processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Test and optimize marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
• Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation.
• Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and computer science. Here are the essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on statistical analysis and AI methods.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data mining techniques (e.g., choice trees, regression, clustering).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
