Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional tone
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
