What You’ll Do… The Content Operations Specialist is responsible for the governance, structural integrity, and day-to-day management of the organization’s platform asset hubs and SharePoint site. This role serves as a critical bridge between content creators, admin operations, and technology partners to ensure that the Asset Hub and SharePoint environments remain organized, scalable, and user-friendly. What You’ll Do… Asset Hub Management & Governance: Oversee the governance and structural organization of the Asset Hub to ensure efficiency and scalability. Process and upload new content requests from various stakeholders across the organization. Support content transition efforts by collaborating with content teams and our supplier partner to identify and update older assets to align with new platform guidelines. Clean up and structural organization of content center on dealer learner platforms. Collaborate with Admin Operations to ensure alignment of processes and outside business requests. SharePoint Site Administration Share team site ownership, responsible for site permission, folder/file access requests, creating an inviting and engaging home page and maintenance. Review and consolidation of team SharePoint sites. Project Support Support manager and content team with project tracker, participating in meetings and updating information as appropriate. Assist content team with project management needs. Process Improvement & Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with DTAP pillars to establish and optimize streamlined processes and workflows. Fulfill ad-hoc requests, providing responsive support to leadership as required. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze platform metrics to identify trends and inform data-driven improvements that enhance the overall learner experience. Strengthen Copilot AI search results for our dealer learners. You'll have... Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Learning, Program Management or related field preferred. Experience & Skills: 2+ years of experience in program management, process development, or learning enablement platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft suite and project management tools. Working knowledge of LMS or modern enablement platforms (Mindtickle, Brainshark, Allego, Docebo). Excellent project management and organizational abilities; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Data-driven mindset; ability to use analytics to inform content improvements. Automotive or manufacturing industry experience a plus.
