Junior Web Designer
The Role: We’re looking for a Junior Web Designer who is confident in execution and comfortable working within established systems. This role is best suited for someone who has foundational experience building and updating websites, and is ready to step into a more structured, client-facing workflow. You will be responsible for implementing revisions, supporting light client communication, and assisting with website launches. While this is a junior role, we are looking for someone who can work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver clean, accurate work without heavy oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Website Revisions & Updates - Implement client-requested revisions within 3 to 5 business days of receiving notes - Ensure all updates are accurate, polished, and aligned with the existing design - Handle second-round revisions as needed Client Communication - Send clear, concise update emails to clients when revisions are complete - Flag any questions, missing information, or blockers early Website Launch Support - Execute website launches, including domain connection and DNS updates - Complete final checks to ensure sites are fully functional and ready to go live Required Skills & Experience - Hands-on experience working with Elementor - Working knowledge of DNS settings and domain configuration - Familiarity with hosting platforms such as SiteGround - Experience navigating cPanel - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes - Ability to manage timelines and complete tasks within defined turnaround windows Nice to Have - Familiarity with HIPAA considerations for therapist or healthcare-related websites - Experience setting up SMTP/email deliverability - Experience configuring Google reCAPTCHA - Familiarity with Google Analytics - Basic understanding of website performance, security, and best practices What We’re Looking For - Reliable, organized, and strong follow-through - Comfortable executing within structured systems and templates - Clear, professional communicator - Able to work independently while maintaining quality and accuracy - Someone who takes ownership of their work and meets deadlines consistently Growth Opportunity - This role has the opportunity to expand into a more senior design or systems-focused position over time as the company grows.
