Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Customer Service Representative - Pet Insurance Specialist, you will: * Answer inbound warm leads from potential customers and utilize a consultative style to understand their needs * Present the value of our pet insurance policies and guide calls towards successful enrollment * Provide detailed information about policies and coverage options, and overcome objections with confidence and empathy * Ensure accurate enrollment of pets in policies and meet and exceed enrollment targets * Develop a working knowledge of arenaflex's pet health insurance plans and learn and operate within internal and external technologies * Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service Essential Qualifications * Hold and maintain a Property & Casualty Insurance license in your home state * 2+ years of experience in an insurance sales-based role, with a strong background in customer service * Excellent communication and active listening skills, with a customer-centric approach * Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly pet insurance, is a plus * Strong ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities * Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry Preferred Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in customer service and insurance sales * Proven experience in overcoming objections and providing solutions * A high school diploma or equivalent, with ongoing training in insurance policies and procedures provided Career Growth and Development Opportunities arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our team members.
