Experienced Data Entry Specialist – 3 Month Contract Opportunity at arenaflex

This role will play a critical part in supporting our Enrollment Management team by extracting, manipulating, analyzing, and assessing enrollment data and requests.

Job Summary

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for processing and maintaining dealer customer accounts, updating system profiles, and supporting various products related to onboarding. This role requires exceptional communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to think critically and problem solve. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team environment, provide excellent customer service, and maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

* Process and maintain dealer customer accounts

• Update system profiles and support various products related to onboarding
• Responsible for Product/Feature set-up as it pertains to dealers
• Create dealership profiles within the CAMS
• Maintain and update user profiles within the CAMS
• Adhere to all Audit/Policies and Procedures
• Communicate effectively with internal, dealer, finance source, and Owner contacts
• Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility

Essential Qualifications

* Prior experience in Automotive Retail Finance or other related Consumer Finance experience is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Visio
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
• Ability to think critically and problem solve
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Disciplined, independent worker with professional demeanor
• Ability to multi-task and properly organize workload according to business need
• Excellent attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software and systems

• Knowledge of automotive retail finance and consumer finance industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
