Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology
  • Being a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Building business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending arenaflex's best solutions
  • Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering

Minimum Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
