Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally, providing detailed information about our products and services
  • Troubleshooting technical issues on Shopify and Zendesk, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Multitasking effectively and collaborating with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries
  • Following up on unresolved customer inquiries, identifying customer needs, and recommending products or services
  • Ensuring all customer inquiries are properly logged into the ticketing system, maintaining accurate records and resolving issues efficiently

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively deescalate potential hostile customers with empathy
  • Strong multitasking abilities and adept at handling high call volumes
  • Proficiency in Zendesk and Shopify, with familiarity to Shopify apps
  • Ability to troubleshoot various application types and ensure all customer inquiries are properly logged into the ticketing system
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years of experience in a customer support or service-related role
  • Proven critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues, with a self-motivated, team player attitude and a quick learner

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Zendesk and Shopify experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support or service-related role
  • Proven critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues
  • Self-motivated, team player, quick learner, systematic, and adaptable
  • Prior experience in the dance industry or clothing retail industry is a plus!

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
  • Part-time schedule with 20-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed

Work Shift and Availability

We're looking for a part-time Customer Support Representative to work a 4-hour morning shift, Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. You'll need to be available to work during our peak periods, including Black Friday and Christmas sales.
