Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering and handling incoming calls from Prime members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices
- Investigating and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner or escalating to appropriate team members
- Adhering to and reinforcing arenaflex and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our callers
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime based on business needs
- Ability to adhere to a pre-determined schedule, including planned rest and meal breaks
- Dedicated home workspace that is private, quiet, and free from distractions
- Ability to work with a set, pre-determined break and lunch schedule
- Strong PC skills with ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with focus on professional demeanor and empathy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Call center experience
- Call center experience in the healthcare industry
- Work from home (remote) experience
- Fluency in Spanish
