As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in answering and handling incoming calls from Prime members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices. You'll provide support and assistance to our callers, helping them navigate the healthcare system and get the care they need. Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering and handling incoming calls from Prime members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices
  • Investigating and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner or escalating to appropriate team members
  • Adhering to and reinforcing arenaflex and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our callers
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime based on business needs
  • Ability to adhere to a pre-determined schedule, including planned rest and meal breaks
  • Dedicated home workspace that is private, quiet, and free from distractions
  • Ability to work with a set, pre-determined break and lunch schedule
  • Strong PC skills with ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with focus on professional demeanor and empathy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Call center experience

  • Call center experience in the healthcare industry
  • Work from home (remote) experience
  • Fluency in Spanish
