About the Role

This is more than a sales role — it is an opportunity to become a trusted clinical partner to healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers. You will leverage your clinical expertise to support the adoption of innovative insulin pump therapy, while building strong and lasting relationships across your territory.

What You Will Do

Drive sales performance across your assigned territory, meeting or exceeding targets. Build trusted relationships with endocrinologists, diabetes educators, and key opinion leaders. Deliver engaging product training and education to healthcare professionals and patients. Act as a clinical expert in Type 1 diabetes management and insulin pump therapy. Identify new business opportunities and expand Tandem’s presence in the diabetes community. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Provide education on diabetes self-management, emergency protocols, and technology use. You Are Awesome At: Experience in clinical sales, healthcare, or medical devices. Strong knowledge of diabetes care, including insulin pumps, CGMs, and AID systems. Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with both healthcare professionals and patients. Confident presenting to clinical stakeholders and influencing decision-making. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in German, with a good working knowledge of English. Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
