Fairway Home Mortgage is seeking a high-performing Loan Originator (LO) to drive production, meet branch goals, and deliver a seamless mortgage experience for our clients. The Mission Proactively market and originate mortgage products to exceed your individual production goals. Cultivate a referral network of agents, builders, and professionals to keep your pipeline full. Analyze financial data and advise clients on the best Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA options. Collaborate with our elite processing and underwriting teams to get files to the finish line fast. What You Bring 2+ years of recent origination experience with a consistent, referral-based book of business. Active NMLS license and full SAFE Act compliance. Mastery of loan programs, secondary marketing, and federal/state regulations. A fast-paced, competitive mindset with a focus on white-glove customer service. Ready to grow? Let’s talk.
